DEPOSIT POLICY

    A $75 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE A JUMP THROUGH US DIRECTLY.  NON-REFUNDABLE MEANS THIS $75 WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED.  IT IS YOUR GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL SHOW UP FOR YOUR JUMP AT YOUR SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME (WITHIN 30 MINUTES) AND PAY YOUR REMAINING BALANCE.  JUST LIKE ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL AIRLINE, IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP FOR YOUR FLIGHT ON TIME THE AIRPLANE DOESN'T WAIT FOR YOU AND THERE IS A FINANCIAL PENALTY TO RESCHEDULE.     IF YOU CAN'T AGREE TO THE DEPOSIT POLICY PLEASE ATTEMPT TO JUMP SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT DOESN'T HAVE SOME FORM OF A DEPOSIT POLICY (YOU WON'T FIND ONE).  IF YOU CANCEL YOUR JUMP WITHOUT SUFFICIENT NOTICE IT COSTS YOU $75, AND IT COSTS US ABOUT $200.

MARKETING COMPANY CERTIFICATES


    IF YOU PURCHASED A JUMP THROUGH A MARKETING COMPANY (SUCH AS GROUPON OR LIVING SOCIAL) AND DON'T SHOW UP FOR YOUR JUMP YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A $75 REBOOKING FEE TO RESCHEDULE.



EXCEPTIONS

 

    IF YOU ARE VISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN AND MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH US, WE WILL REFUND YOUR $75 DEPOSIT IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR JUMP BECAUSE OF WEATHER OR TECHNICAL ISSUES ON OUR END.


    IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND CALL US AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR JUMP AND HONOR YOUR DEPOSIT.  IT TAKES CONSIDERABLE EFFORT FOR US TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE ON SHORT NOTICE TO TAKE YOUR PLACE, SO PLEASE CALL IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WHEN YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T MAKE YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT.



CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER / TECHNICAL PROBLEMS


    NOBODY CAN CONTROL THE WEATHER, ESPECIALLY IN TEXAS.  WE CAN'T JUMP IF WE CAN'T SEE THE GROUND BECAUSE OF CLOUDS.  WE CAN'T JUMP IN HIGH WINDS OR PRECIPITATION.  WE CAN'T JUMP IF WE HAVE AN AIRCRAFT MECHANICAL PROBLEM.  IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR JUMP IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES YOU WILL NOT LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT OR HAVE TO PAY A REBOOKING FEE.  WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR JUMP FOR THE NEXT DATE / TIME WE HAVE AVAILABLE THAT WORKS FOR YOU, THE SAME AS A COMMERCIAL AIRLINE WOULD DO.
